“Bank” and “Aoi” met for the first time at the Culinary school in Bangkok. After graduation, Bank and Aoi went to worked at a luxury resort in Lake Tahoe, before moving to Seattle to work in restaurants there, before moving to Bellingham to fulfill their American Dream of opening their own restaurant.
